The traditional wedding ceremony in India begins with the henna decoration to the bride’s hands followed by dressing in traditional Indian red wedding dress. Bracelets and other jewelry are also part of the vestments. The groom is dressed in traditional Indian kurta and turban. The whole ceremony is explained in details by the wedding coordinator.
During the ceremony, the couple, among other things, must walk around the fire seven times declaring the seven promises of love for each other.
The ceremony will be guided by a Hindu priest on the beach under a decorated tent (Mandapa) set up specially for Hindu weddings.
