Day 1
Arrival in Barcelona. Hotel accommodation. Free time. A walk to the Gothic Quarter with a visit to the Main Cathedral, the Royal Palace, Roman walls, the remains of the Holy Augustus Temple and the La Rambla street – the most colorful street of the city with various living sculptures. A Catalan-style dinner in the open-air museum “Spanish Village” * and the fascinating show of the Magic Fountain.
Day 2
Breakfast. City tour of Barcelona with a visit to the main squares, streets and monuments: the Passeig de Gracia, Montjuic hill, Columbus Monument, Sagrada Familia, the Port and Park Güell. Free time.
Day 3
Breakfast. Check-out form the hotel. Excursion to Montserrat – one of the most beautiful rock reserves in Catalonia where at 700 meters above the seal level the Benedictine monastery retains the miraculous statue of the “Black Madonna” – patroness of Catalonia. Free time.
Attention! There is a possibility that the flight will be replaced with overnight train with the sleeping compartment for 2 persons.
Day 4
Breakfast. A flight to Paris with a low-cost carrier. Meeting and transfer at the hotel in Paris. City tour to the Trocadero Square, Concord Square, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Grand-Opera, Grands Boulevards, Isle de la Cite and Notre Dame de Paris. Free time.
Day 5
Breakfast. Excursion to the Louvre, the largest European museum with a magnificent collection of paintings and sculptures of French and European artists of different preiods. Free time.
A visit to the most famous variety show of the city – Moulin Rouge * (champagne performance). Overnight.
Day 6
Breakfast. Excursion to the park&palace complex of Versailles *constructed at the reign of King Louis XIV and widely known for its magnificent decorations and lush gardens.
Free time.
Day 7
Breakfast. Check-out from the hotel. Free time to visit museums and sights of interest. Overnight.
Those who return to Barcelona can select an overnight train compartment for 2 persons without breakfast (for extra charge)
Day 8
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. End of the tour
