Day 1
Arrival in Barcelona. Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Free time. Evening walk to the Gothic Quarter, the most ancient district of the city where the story of Barcelona has begun (I century BC). Catalan-style dinner in the open-air museum “Spanish Village” * and the fascinating show of the Magic Fountain. Overnight.
Day 2
Breakfast. City tour of Barcelona with a visit to the Catalonia Square, Spanish Square, Montjuic hill, the Columbus Monument, the Port, Sagrada Familia, the Passeig de Gracia, Park Güell and the Eixample district. Free time. Overnight.
Day 3
Breakfast. Check-out form the hotel. Excursion to Montserrat – one of the most beautiful rock reserves in Catalonia where at 700 meters above the seal level the Benedictine monastery retains the miraculous statue of the “Black Madonna” – patroness of Catalonia. Free time. Transfer to the port for up to 2.5 hours before departure. 10:00 pm – departure to Italy in a mini-cruise in the Mediterranean sea (in a cabin for 2 people inside the deck).
Day 4
Arrival in Civitavecchia (proximately at 6:00 pm). Transfer and accommodation at the hotel in Rome (not guided). Free time. Overnight.
Day 5
Breakfast. Panoramic city tour with a tour of the main attractions of ancient era and ancient monuments including the Colosseum and the Roman Forum **. Free time. Overnight.
Day 6
Breakfast. Check-out. Free time. Moving to France by the night train (in the sleeping compartment for 2 persons). It is also possible to have a flight and overnight in Paris (for extra charge; should be clarified whilst booking).
Day 7
Arrival in Paris. Transfer and accommodation at the hotel. A walking tour around the Île de la Cité (“the cradle of Paris”) with a visit to the Notre Dame de Paris and Hotel-Dieu. Free time. Overnight.
Day 8
Breakfast. City tour to the Trocadero Square, Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Grand-Opera, Grands Boulevards, Isle de la Cite and Notre Dame de Paris. Free time. Those interested can visit the Louvre museum. Overnight.
Day 9
Breakfast. Free time. Those interested can visit Versailles. Overnight.
Those who return to Barcelona can select an overnight train compartment for 2 persons without breakfast (for extra charge)
Day 10
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. End of the tour.
