Capri is a real jewel of the Gulf of Naples which has always been considered as the most respectable Italian resort. Therefore it is not surprising that everyone tries to get not only a pleasure but also just a look at the miracles of nature and the sea here. In addition, Capri is a really excellent resort endowed with unique natural resources.
The popularity of Capri tours is steadily rising among the Russian tourists. Sometimes vacation in Capri seems more prestigious and fashionable than on the mainland. Quite often you can find such offers as trips to Capri with a city tour of Italian cities. You can organize your own personal tour of Capri in one of the summer days relaxing on the other resort.
Hotels of Capri are located in four areas:
• near the touristic port of Marina Grande where ferries sail from the mainland and where cruises around the island and excursions to the famous Blue Grotto begin
• the center of Capri, where are all the boutiques of famous brands and nightclubs are located; but at the same time it is a nature reserve which prohibits the public transport
• in the Bay of Marina Piccola, where most of the beaches are located

Usually the difference between the prices of accommodation in 3* and 4* rated hotels is not very big or absents at all. Therefore it makes sense to book the 4* Capri Hotels. The only exceptions are some hotels of Anacapri where the prices of 3* rated hotels are more inexpensive and 5* rated hotels are situated in the center of Capri and on Anacapri.
Since the island of Capri is considered to be an elite resor, hotel prices
are higher than in the neighboring resorts of Ischia, Sorrento and Amalfi coast.
