Day 1
Arriving at the airport of Catania. Meeting with Russian-speaking assistant at the arrivals’ hall. Transfer (for about 1 hour) and accommodation in the area of Taormina. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3
Breakfast at the hotel. Meeting with the guide. Morning excursion to Mount Etna – the highest mountain in Sicily and the highest volcano in Europe (3340 m). The area surrounding the volcano forms the “Park of Etna” – one of the largest reserves of Italy which will surprise you with a huge variety of vegetation and landscape. The bus will take you to the Silvestri Craters at a height of about 1900 m (the same way can be done by cable car and jeep for extra charge). You will have the opportunity to taste the wine from the mountainous grapes grown raised on volcanic soil and to visit a small beekeeping farm where you will be explained and showed the techniques of honey production as well as taste the different varieties of delicious Etna honey on the way back. Return to the hotel. Free time in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time. Morning excursion to Siracusa with the approximate distance of ~ 120 km; the journey takes about 1.5 hours (for extra charge). Guided tour with a visit to the archaeological park: the Greek theater, the Roman amphitheater, “Ear of Dionysius” cave, Grotta dei Cordari and the Island of Ortygia. (cost ~ EUR 57.00) Free time. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time. An optional guided tour of Palermo and Monreale (approximate distance ~ 280 km, the journey takes about 3.5 hours with the sanitary stop) where you can see the monuments of Arab-Norman architecture: Cathedral, Piazza Pretoria, Quattro Canti as well as the famous cathedral of the XII century in Montreal decorated with 6,000 sq.m. of golden mosaics (Cost ~ EUR 59.00) Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time or optional excursion to the Aeolian Islands. A visit to the islands of Lipari and Vulcano, the beach with black obsidian sand and sulfurous mud (cost ~ EUR 68.00). Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time. An optional tour to Agrigento (the approximate distance ~ 215 km, journey time is approximately 3 hours with the sanitary stop). The city of Greek origin is known for its Valley of the Temples. You will visit the temples of Juno, Concordia, Jupiter, Hercules, Castor and Pollux during the tour. An optional trip to «Sicilia Fashion Village Outlet» – trendy town with the squares, fountains and hundreds of boutiques from world famous brands. Return to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport of Catania. Flight to Russia or a transfer to rest (according to booking).
